1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 3 days after payment, provided production has not yet started.
Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The request is made within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Items are unused and in their original condition.
Items are in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products (OEM/ODM orders)
Bulk orders produced to your specifications
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Clearance or special discounted items
4. Quality Issues
If items are defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Please provide photos or videos of the issue with your order details.
We will review the case and offer a solution, such as replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
